Couple Therapy
Become empowered through the power of communication. Relationships strengthen our understanding of one another—and of ourselves. Couple therapy can help you and your partner(s) explore needs, desires, patterns of conflict, vulnerability, family-of-origin issues or help tease out what is making life feel stagnant. We can help you learn how to develop strong communication skills to enrich your relationship in a way that produces lasting change.

Family Therapy
Whether it is our family of origin, family of creation, or chosen family, we are all wired differently. Being part of a family dynamic is an extremely complex experience. Our therapists come from a systemic perspective that values how interlinked we all are to one another. Family therapy can help individuals express their needs, emotions and behaviors to one another in an effective way in order to hold space and cultivate a deeper understanding of others in a non-judgmental way.

Group Therapy

Payment
All therapists are in-network providers with BCBS PPO, Aetna, United Healthcare and Cigna insurance companies. We encourage clients to call the number on the back of their insurance card, which is truly the best way to learn what benefits are offered and prepare in advance for copay, coinsurance and deductibles.

Fees
For those paying out-of-pocket (without billing insurance), services range from $125-$250 per session. If you have a specific therapist you'd like to work with, please contact them directly to learn about their per-session rate.

Cancellation Policy
